'FutureVisions started with an aspiration: to deliver true Neapolitan pizzas to London. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our pizza shop was a quaint, family-oriented venture, boasting recipes passed on for generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered her craft in the art of pizza during her Italian sojourns, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the pizza cradle. She returned to the UK with a firm resolve to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, employing classic techniques and superior ingredients.
Originally a cozy eatery with just 12 seats, we've evolved into a staple of the local dining scene, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine practices remains intact. We persist in using traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough each day, and choosing top-notch ingredients for our dishes.
To this day, 'FutureVisions' is maintained by its original founders, with the Rossi legacy persisting through its second-generation leadership. Although certain modern methods have been adopted, we've held true to our core: serving delightful, genuine pizzas that unite our patrons.
